Cleaning Machine Role
Cleaning machines remove rolling oil, emulsion, metal powder, fingerprints, dust, and surface residue from metal strip or sheet. The line configuration is selected by material, thickness, line speed, surface sensitivity, cleanliness target, water treatment conditions, and drying requirement.
For high-surface-quality stainless steel, silicon steel, copper alloy, precision cold-rolled strip, or sheet products, the cleaning section needs coordinated degreasing, brushing, spray washing, rinsing, squeeze rolls, drying, filtration, and water treatment to control cleanliness and surface risk.
